Refunds

A payment made by mistake is put right. Here is how.

1. Support (Buy us a coffee)

Support is a gift, so it is not refunded once given. But if you paid by mistake, paid twice, or paid the wrong amount, write to ajay@mathematicians.in within 14 days with the date and the amount, and we will refund it in full to the way you paid.

2. How long it takes

We answer within 3 working days. Once a refund is sent, your bank or card usually shows it within 5 to 10 working days.

3. Purchases

Nothing is sold yet. When the desktop program or a subscription goes on sale, its refund terms will be written on this page before the first sale.
